We want you to love your Stencil & Starling labels. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before making its way to you.

Delivery

All Stencil & Starling Label Co. products are made and prepared with care in the UK.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Returns

We hope you’ll be completely happy with your order. If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to make a return.

Items should be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Personalised & Bespoke Labels

Labels that have been personalised or made to your individual specifications cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if your order arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at enquiries@stencilandstarling.com with your order number and photographs where appropriate, and we’ll work with you to put things right.
