Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. As our labels are prepared in small batches, minor variations may also occur.

These small variations are part of the nature of independently produced products and do not affect their intended use.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Personalised Orders

Please carefully check all wording, spelling and personalisation details before submitting your order.

Personalised products are produced using the information supplied by you, so we cannot normally provide a refund or replacement where an error was contained in the personalisation information submitted with the order.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or does not match what you ordered.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is taken using the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Occasionally delays may occur for reasons outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that the delivery information provided when ordering is complete and accurate.

Cancellations & Returns

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product you purchase.

For eligible non-personalised goods purchased online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@stencilandstarling.com, including your order number and details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs so we can understand and resolve the problem.

Intellectual Property

The Stencil & Starling Label Co. name, branding, product designs, photographs, illustrations and original website content belong to Stencil & Starling Label Co. or are used with appropriate permission.

They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or associated intellectual property.
